This week has been really tiring for me. 3x2km timetrials, 5x4', 5x2', 5x1' runs,weights, swim and another 6sets timetrial! I managed to do pretty well for the 1000m today and I'm really glad to be able to just laze about and recover from all the fatigue. It's gonna get harder and harder in the next few weeks and I hope I'll be able to do everything well. Now's the time to put in the hard work to reap the benefits later.
