Earth Hour was a good idea! Why didn't they switch of the construction lights at the IR??? That was a huge waste of power...

6 x 2000m timetrial

Thank god it's rest today.

The 6 x 2000m timetrial yesterday summed up what was probably the craziest week of the year. The timings were pretty okay, and i managed to finish with an average of 9.11 per 2000m. Just found out that there are people doing 8.19 for 5 x 2000m in some parts of the world....

that's crazy...


As for now, REST!!!
