Hi,
Finally i'm back from hungary. Its my 2nd winter training there and i can feel some improvement in strength and technique. Did pretty much the same stuff as the previous year, namely swimming, running (distance), running (sprints), nordic skiing, alot of weights and ergo paddling. Also some new stuff like tree chopping(axe and tree) and some mountain climbing.
It was really cold this year with the average temperature for the day under 0 for many weeks and the air was extremely dry. As usual it took a while to adapt and after that i was quite used to it.
Apart from all the hard work, there was some time to play and fool around as well. Spent some time in Vienna and slovakia and not to mention amsterdam. haha.
