On the road after the storm

Rush week. Tok and EE final drafts(official first drafts) deadline was just now. Managed to finish all but the quality of the essays are quite shabby. Sleepy for most of the week and really horrible paddling. Past my peak which was SICC and got stuck in a "hole" in terms of form. A burn out basically. Coach called it a sickness in which when you try harder, you will just start sinking further and further in and then you drown. So he gave me off from the programme from monday to wednesday. Feeling better now and on the road to recovery. Quite worrying to have this kind of dip just before a major race.
