Burn.

The past 2 weeks training are really really tiring.

Run programmes like10km, 15 x 60-120, the 3hrs run programme slope runs at Mac - leg burn.

The weights testing, 3mins weights and crazy shit leg raise - muscle burn

the many many many manymany...km of paddling - mental burn.

Tired.
