Training
Training has been long and painful for the past few weeks and I'm aching all over.
Looking back at my log, I think I probably only had 9 weeks of solid training at higher speeds.
I'm trying hard to catch up with the faster packs and hopefully try to make my way up to better performances. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's still not up to standard. But after afew more weeks of clocking in those distances and weights/run/swim sessions, the speed and endurance will be back at its best.
Other than that, captain weili has finally decided to retire from competitive racing. He's been around a long time and his dedication and selflessness has been amazing all this while.
