it's come and gone...

Tomorrow morning will mark then end of a very long speed cycle. Clocked in some 40 sessions over almost 30 days which translates to about 320km which include many minutes of sprints and 2 timetrials. After this will be yet another rest cycle before the final push. I really trained the holidays away this time, and with mid terms looming around the corner, I foresee tough times.

My sis's friends also came over today and watching them have their fun is quite entertaining. She is kinda into those Cosplay things and the 3 of them were dressed in all them japanese anime costumes and attempting to gel their hair in all sorts of weird positions which failed pretty miserably. hahaha. Interesting. Should use gatsby moving rubber :D

It's fun I guess every once in awhile to pretend being someone we're not. It's important though that we know who we are and who we are comfortable as. Everyone is special and unique in our own way and I think that's something we should try to hold on to.

It's also been raining quite alot and I found this watermark that formed outside the Macritchie upper shed toilets after training one evening. For those who can't make out what it is(which i assume is nobody), it's a heart shape. The rain must've washed mud,rust and all sorts of other crap particles and by some miracle it formed this. This is for all you lovebirds(you people know who you are) hahaha.
