note to self

I can keep my hand in front of my face when I recover. By working on my catch, it solves the problem of my shoulders holding all the load of the water which means I will move faster! Things to work on, conditioning my 70-80-90-100 to 440-420-405-355. When doing extra mileage, I need boat run to get used to good technique.
